What is online training? And why is it useful?

These workouts are designed for individuals who don't have much time to visit gyms or don't want to spend extra money on hiring a personal trainer and coordinating workout schedules with them. However, they still want to achieve specific fitness results, whether it's simply maintaining physical shape, losing weight, improving well-being, or reaching other desired goals. With the help of online workouts, clients can exercise at home, in the gym, or outdoors while engaging in various physical activities.

The goal of online training is to maintain constant communication with clients, discuss fitness results, and plan actions related to the client’s set goals.

Once the client registers for these training sessions based on their preferences and desired achievements, they receive a weekly action plan, which includes guidance on nutrition, general physical activities, and a review of their progress.

Each week, the client’s achievements and changes related to physical activity, body transformation, or overall well-being are discussed based on their capabilities. The client fills out a short questionnaire where they provide updates on any changes and their desired goals in relation to their fitness objectives.

A registered client receives detailed nutrition and workout plans tailored to their needs and adjusted weekly based on their progress. Additionally, the client receives useful tips and supplement recommendations, as well as a 15% discount on all sports supplements.
